Personnel from MSA and Customs conducted a joint raid, close to Pakistan’s western territorial waters. Officials seized 100 kg of ‘Crystal meth’ – one of the most dead
ly drugs – and detained 12 smugglers.
The seized consignment of drugs cost around Rs 1 billion in the internation
al market, said an MSA spokesman. “The consignment was dispatched for that United States and Eu
rope from eastern Africa,” the spokesman added. The drugs were handed over to Pakistan Customs for disposal.
