ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Friday submitted a petition requesting Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif&
rsquo;s disqualification in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
PTI Spokesperson Naeemul Haque expressed that he has been using his designation to save his family business
. He further revealed that the Shahbaz did not act upon the LHC&
rsquo;s orders by transferring sugar mills into the prohibited areas and by using his powers as the provincial c
hief minister.

aeem revealed that the PTI would not let such a system exist where the powerful c
an easily abuse their powers even against a court&
rsquo;s orders.
He said that the petition has been prepared by Advocate Shahid Naseem Gondal and a senior lawyer – Babar Awan – will represent the party in the court proceedings.
