KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami chief Hafiz Naeem Rehman on Sunday warned the government of strong agitation if the K-Electric and National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) failed to resolve the pending issues of people.

Referring to a political event at Nishtar Park, about 60,000 employees of local government are surfaced when needed in political shows but vanished when it comes
to solve the problems, pertaining to local bodies, local government failed on the expectations of people, Naeem pointed out.
“We would not allow anyone to plunder and will go unchecked,” he said, the politics of plundering would not be allowed anymore.

Pakistan People’s Party and Muttahida Qaumi Movement ruined the city of lights, he alleged.
The government should ensure merit in provision of jobs for Karachiites and rights as well as quota of minorities in employment, he demanded.
